Existing patients pay no start fee when Dr. Vange already has the history needed to continue care.
The one-time start fee below applies to new patients only and covers the comprehensive introductory appointment.

What membership includes
TRUEcare Essentials Membership for $165/mo for 12 months includes:
Eight primary-care visits per person, each membership year
60 minute Annual Preventive Wellness Visit
30-45minute Follow Up Comprehensive Lab Review
6 additional 30minutes visits; which can also overlap with acute care needs.
Visits may be used for preventive annual wellness exams, planned follow-ups, acute concerns, referrals, or lab and imaging reviews
Email support and care coordination between visits
Same-week or next-week scheduling
Supplements from the dispensary at discounted rate
Labs, imaging, and prescriptions are billed to insurance as they are today.

Insurance still has a role
Patients may still use insurance for outside laboratory testing, imaging, prescriptions, specialists, urgent care, and hospital care according to their benefits.
Superbills can help
TRUEcare can provide a superbill for eligible visits. Patients may submit it to their insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement; payment is not guaranteed.
