If you need to change or reschedule your appointment, Please provide 48 hours notice.
Missed appointments or less than 48 hours notice will incur a Mandatory Cancellation fee.
In the case of late arrivals, treatment will be adjusted according to the time remaining.
TRUEcare Cancellation & No Show Policy
TRUEcare Integrative Medicine strives to deliver the highest quality of whole body integrative care in a timely manner to our growing patient community. As a small practice, our cancellation policy has been designed to reflect the importance of both our patients and our team.
We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
This can be done by email, text, or phone.
Late cancellations outside this timeframe will incur a mandatory $75.00 cancellation fee.
This cannot be billed to insurance and must be paid before rescheduling. While we understand that life has its unexpected challenges, cancellation fees are designed to help offset the loss that could have otherwise been filled for another waiting patient.
