Teddy’s passion for natural health began at a young age. She was inspired by her mother who used essential oils, homeopathic remedies, and wholesome foods and herbs to treat common ailments and aid overall health. This whole mind & body centered childhood, combined with a rural Nevada upbringing, lots of dirt, fresh air, and outdoor play inspired her to raise her own children in a similar manner.

Growing up, Teddy went back and forth between wanting to become a doctor or a chef. It took her a long time to truly figure out what she wanted to be; even when she grew up. In fact, she’s still working on that to find the role(s) she wishes to balance.

She is a mother of 4, a lover of food, traveling, and nature.

I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Functional Nutrition Counselor, and Reiki Master Teacher. I practice integrative holistic health including nutrition, homeopathy, stress management, guided meditation, intuitive guidance, spiritual counseling, fertility/and menstrual cycle awareness, and conception coaching.

I am also available for virtual or in-person public speaking and education on sexual health and wellness, One Love Unhealthy Relationship Awareness, women's cycle awareness, fertility, conception, breastfeeding education, parenting, and intuitive guidance.

I am a "trauma-informed" practitioner and provide a safe space for all. I am also a certified mental health ambassador and available to help direct people to resources.
