Clinic updates & ongoing changes with Coronavirus

We are working to take precautions to protect all of you, our team, our patients and community members. As we are a healthcare facility, please wear masks & sanitize hands upon entering and exiting. We thank you for your compliance with our pandemic protocols and procedures, your health and safety is our top priority. The information regarding COVID-19 is changing daily, as will our management.

Until further notice:

  • We are requesting that if you are acutely ill with a cough, fever, or respiratory symptoms within the last 72 hours to please call the office, please do not walk in. However, if you are experiencing severe respiratory distress, please call 911 as this is an emergency and may require that you go to the ER.

Dr. Vange is encouraging the use of telemedicine services when possible to minimize the potential exposure for our team and community members. If an appointment does not need to be in-office, telemedicine curbs the amount of in-person traffic. However, we are continuing scheduling for in-office procedures. Thank you for your patience in receiving responses.If you have been instructed to come into the clinic for symptom management, you will be given specific instructions of what to do when you arrive. We thank you for your cooperation and efforts to minimize exposure to others.

  • All procedures & services now open with specific safety policies in place.

  • With our office opening, we will be administering very strict safety procedures to ensure the wellness of providers and patients. Supporting you with safe, high-quality care. Your health and well-being continue to be our priorities.

Acute Care: Will continue to be triaged first via telehealth.

  • Most established patient follow up care will remain virtual as we continue to provide safe care for everyone who needs to come to the office.

  • Acute care/sick visits will remain triaged via telemedicine to determine if an office visit is needed.

Here you can schedule your first appointment or a return follow up visit. Please make sure to check out the patient resources and clinic policies on everything you need to know about becoming a patient at TRUEcare Integrative Medicine. We advise you to carve out some time to thoroughly complete this paperwork so we can get a comprehensive look into optimizing health and wellness.

What We Are Doing to Keep Our Community Healthy

Staff and providers are screened for symptoms every day. They are also wearing masks and extra protection as needed to limit exposure to and transmission of the virus.

  • We have enhanced all of our cleaning procedures to reduce contamination of surfaces.

  • The clinic is operating on a very vigilant schedule of no more than two practitioners at a time. We have expanded our Virtual Telehealth Visits

  • Daily communication to all staff and providers about coronavirus updates and best practices set by the CDC and the WA State Health Department.


Check in Procedure

Before arriving

  • A symptom questionnaire will be emailed a day or two prior to your appointment. Please fill this out.


Upon arrival to the clinic

Please text (425) 900-5100 once you have arrived in the parking lot to check-in from the comfort of your car.

  • You will be instructed to enter the building when your room is ready.

  • Patients are required to wear a mask or cloth face covering upon arrival until departure and have their temperature checked.

  • We ask that you please provide your own mask if you can, otherwise, we have some available.


Sanitize

  • Upon arrival we request you sanitize your hands before entering the clinic and upon departure.

  • Hand sanitizer provided.


Screening

  • Please arrive a few minutes early for a temperature check and symptom screening.

  • Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to minimize waiting area exposure.


Physical Distancing

  • We kindly ask you to respect 6 ft physical distancing measures in our waiting area and check-in area.


Visitors

  • No visitors or additional guests will be admitted unless the patient is a minor and must be accompanied by an adult.


Rescheduling

  • Please reschedule if you are ill, have been exposed to someone ill or suspect you are ill.

  • We will be waiving late and cancellation fees.

Options for Covid Testing

What you’ll need to get free testing

  • A photo ID with your date of birth. Testing is available regardless of your citizenship/immigration status.

  • Insurance card, if you have insurance.

  • If you have Medicare or Medicaid you must provide this information and the lab will bill them. You will not be charged for the test.

  • You do not need to have insurance or a doctor’s note to schedule a test.

  • Prepare your child for COVID-19 testing with the resources below.
